Job Description Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of secretarial duties and serve as a liaison between the administrator, staff and parents.
- Assist in the preparation and development of files, reports sent by staff, family locations, assign families to staff, preparation of material to send to parents, and other tasks that are required during the day and answer questions and provide assistance to administrator.
- Operate computer and related equipment for the preparation of a variety of documents, reports, and related materials.
- Operate a variety of office machines and equipment.
Education & Experience:
Any combination equivalent of: college level course in secretarial science office and child development
Minimum Qualifications:
- knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Work hours flexibility.
Other Requirements:
- All staff and clients must wear a mask during work hours.
