    Design Build General Contracting Company

    We are looking for a junior interior designer to help our customers with layouts, cabinet drawings, finishes, and hardware. They will be responsible for establishing and developing customer relationships that result in design projects. The primary goal of the interior home design consultant is to provide clients with an outstanding customer experience and design services by walking them through our design process. This position is made for an energetic and creative individual who can handle high-end design projects from start to finish, and has strong sales and customer service skills so they can meet or exceed sales goals.

    • Getting a degree in Interior Design or related area is required, from a local.
    • Must be well experienced in auto cad, Revit, and SketchUp. This is a must!
    • Knowledge of, MS Business suite including word, Excel, Outlook .
    • Ability to create Construction Documents including elevations, reflected ceiling plans, power plans,
    • Finish schedules and specifications.
    • Knowledge of California state and local building codes.
    • Must be able to multi task as well as prioritize and juggle multiple projects at the same time.
    • Strong self-motivator with a positive attitude as well as being detail orientated.
    • Must have a sharp memory with recall and be able to work well under pressure.
    • Have good diplomacy dealing with high end clients and with vendors in person by e mail, letter, text and phone.
    • Excellent computer skills required as well as being able to compose well written letters and emails as required.
    • Able to assist with some general office work including phones when called upon.
    • Must have experience and be able to take site surveys as needed.
    • Hand sketching and drawing is a plus.
