    Job Description

    Job Summary

    Develop, maintain, and support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Tool for our company’s products and services to insure accurate and efficient configuration and quoting of customer solutions

    Key Areas of Accountability

    1. Configure, deploy, and support Product & Service configuration models and enhancements.

    2. Continually improve Logic, Rules, and Tables and supporting documentation to assist with loading new products, enhancements, and functionality improvements.

    3. Provide technical expertise and guide configuration structure, insuring rules and attributes are applied to create configurable products. Develop supporting documentation for new products and enhancements.

    4. Provide guidance on developing test scripts for validating configurations with the cross functional product teams. Identify issues, make recommendations, and make modifications as necessary.

    5. Work with product teams to assist with ongoing maintenance of tables, master data and configurations as new products, changes or enhancements are added.

    6. Plan and coordinate change management required to maintain configurations successfully between SAP and CPQ tool. Manage the process moving change sets from between environments.

    7. Identify and solve problems efficiently and effectively, staying clear headed throughout troubleshooting process. Understand the interfaces between systems to determine where problems are and how to resolve.

    8. Provide input for the development of CPQ enhancements.

    9. Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with cross functional team members in product engineering, product management, sales, marketing communications and operations. Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow innovators.

    10. Develop and maintain modeling standards in accordance with vendor and MTS best practices. Maintain awareness of new features and vendor enhancements to improve efficiency, speed, and user experience.

    11. Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Data Science, management information systems or a related technical discipline and 3 years relevant technical experience
