In addition to real-world experiences, interns can build their professional network with enterprise leaders and fellow interns from across the country.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesDesign communications relative to wellness, recruitment and performance management.Participate in employee engagement initiative including focus group facilitation and action plan development.Review internal HR SharePoint and assist in creating and updating content.Research recruiting best practices, including social media and diversity strategies.Partner with HR team on activities of the employee life cycleAdditional projects and tasks as assigned.QualificationsQualifications:Rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, economics, or related field. 3.0 GPA or above.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.).Previous relevant internship experience preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
