SEEKING FIRE EXTINGUISHER TECHNICIAN

PAY RATE:  $17-$28 HOURLY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE PLUS BENEFITS RESPONSIBILITIES -Perform inspections, maintenance and installation on fire extinguishers and emergency lighting for established customers on a scheduled basis -Complete all inspection and service paperwork accurately and in a timely manner -Must be able to communicate well with customers and explain the work being done and any repairs that are necessary -Maintain truck stock quantities of equipment and keep it in a neat and orderly manner and adhere to all safety rules and regulations QUALIFICATIONS -Must be able and willing to perform fire extinguisher inspections, recharging and obtain a license from the state of CA (after training) -Must have a valid current driver license with clean driving history -Highly proactive, chooses to take initiative and ownership of projects -Strong work ethic, uses time productively to accomplish work goals -Demonstrate a high level of customer service, strong organizational skills, and positive attitude -Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) -High School Diploma or equivalent -Pass a pre-employment background check -Perform other duties as assigned BENEFITS Commercial Fire Protection is pleased to offer a compensation package which includes: Competitive hourly rate, company paid medical & dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, paid time off and holidays, company vehicle, supportive team environment, laptop, tuition reimbursement, and career advancement opportunities.
