Job Purpose: The Client Account Representative position is responsible for the management of their designated clients' data. This will include retrieving invoice data from various sources and inputting pertinent information into our system for processing. In addition, quality control of the data, vendor & client correspondence, and time management around deadlines will all play a major role in this position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Acquisition and preparation of documents for data entry
• Input data into the MUC database
• Review for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in information/data
• Inquire on and respond to information requests from clients and vendors
• Comply with data integrity and security policies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic internet and computer knowledge with assorted Microsoft programs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized with strong critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and demonstrates an exceptional sense of follow through on all tasks until completion.
• Able to accurately capture data for input.
• Works with a sense of urgency.
• Able to maintain professional communication and relationships with clients and vendors.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and follow up on tasks and commitments.
