RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support executives on administrative tasks
Contribute to the recruiting and onboarding of dozens of new hires a month
Help launch new business initiatives
Compile and distribute daily/weekly reports
Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
Retrieve records on request and forwarding these to relevant parties.
Scanning/printing/filing, when necessary
Help manage the Notarization process for appointments across the country
QUALIFICATIONS:
Great with people, friendly, and optimistic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent technology skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Understands and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
