Is seeking Bilingual Collection Specialists for the Contact center in Round Rock Texas.
Job Description:
A Collection Specialist is responsible for making and receiving phone calls from defendants to negotiate payments. Though this is a collections position, it is unique in the type of collections. The potential employee will collect on outstanding delinquent citations and warrants for over 500 cities and counties in the state of Texas. A collection specialist will contact an individual over the phone and negotiate payment for their delinquent citation. He/she will be responsible for maintaining positive and professional phone etiquette. This position requires that the candidate is Bilingual. An applicant for this position will need basic computer skills such as typing, usage of word, excel, etc. Good work ethic and punctuality is required. Our Law firm has a tiered Incentive plan, in which the top collector is paid out an average bonus monthly in the amount of $1,500.00. This amount is paid out next to the base salary. Please be advised that this position can be very repetitive, and any applicant should be advised that he/she will be required to remain seated and make phone calls for most of each business day.

Hours
The required hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8am to 7pm and Friday 8am-5pm. Each Collection Specialist will be assigned 2 ‘evening shifts’ per week of 10am-7pm. The other three days the collection specialist will be on the ‘day shift’ and the hours of this shift are 8am-5pm. In certain situations, the collection specialist may be expected to be flexible to work a 3 ‘evening shift’.
