    Job Description

     

    WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY!!

    PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

    Carries out all customer service activities in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner.  Ensures inquiries and complaints are handled appropriately and customer relationships are established and maintained.  Acts as a liaison between the client and the customer to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.  Completes other clerical duties as directed.

     

    Principle Duties and End Results

    1.      Process and input all customer orders. Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, check all orders for special requests and post inventory records.  Outer Stuff has SLA’s that must be met on a daily basis.  Docs must to go to the floor within hour of receipt. 

    2.      Coordinate special, last minute requests.

    3.      Trace orders and notify customers of any activity concerning their order.

    4.      Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.

    5.      Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.

    6.      Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in the administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.

    7.      Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.

    8.      Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each account.

    9.      Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties. MUST maintain label printers in operational manner, cleaning after each change of paper

    10.  Scan no later than noon the following day each shipment document to customer and save to server in the manner shown

    11.  Other assignment as needed

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ·         Qualified candidate should have over 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role.

    ·         Requires general office knowledge, including telephone techniques and computer skills in a customer service environment.

    ·         Requires effective communication skills and good hearing.

    ·         Bi-lingual abilities a plus.

    ·         Requires responsible work habits and the ability to meet deadlines.
