This person will oversee the construction of apartment projects - primarily garden style and primarily located in the Carolinas.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing these types of projects specifically - MUST have multifamily apartment project experience!

The company is growing and offers a strong pipeline of projects due to strong financial backing.
