A long-established Skilled Nursing and Care Center located in the South Shore area of Massachusetts is currently looking to hire an experienced Director of Nursing to lead their clinical team. This community is under 100 beds and has an excellent clinical team in place which includes Unit Managers, Assistant Director of Nursing, Staff Development & Infection Control Practitioner, MDS, as well as many dedicated staff.

They provide excellent care to the residents and offer both short-term rehab and traditional long-term care. The facility is part of a larger senior living organization that offers tremendous support and systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Nursing looking to work in a traditional Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing Center with a positive work culture.
