A small Non-Profit Home Health and Hospice organization that is affiliated with a larger post-acute care network is currently looking to hire an experienced RN to support the daily clinical operations of the team. The role of the Clinical Manager is to support the Nurse Case Managers and ensure the highest levels of quality care is being met.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse
Nursing Supervisor experience (2-3+ years preferred)
Home Care or Hospice experience (5+ years)
OASIS knowledge and experience (Preferred)
