Summary:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a growing organization. The Recruitment Success Manager (RSM) will utilize all available resources to identify and recruit qualified candidates for critical leadership positions for MVP Recruitment clients. The RSM will also communicate with both the clients and candidates throughout the interview process to ensure an efficient and effective experience. 

The ideal candidate is someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who seeks to combine aspects of marketing & sales with customer service & human resources. This position will work on multiple jobs at once ranging from key Nurse Manager positions to Executive Director, CEO, CFO, VP of Clinical Services etc... Therefore excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt to your audience is required.

This position will work the full life cycle of the recruitment process. meaning you will be responsible for direct outreach via cold calling and e-mailing potential candidates, discussing the position/networking with them, gathering resumes, screen for appropriateness, coordinate interviews, check references, make the offer etc...As a Recruitment Success Manager you will help candidates obtain their dream jobs, fill critical needs for various healthcare organizations, and interact with industry leaders on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Recruitment experience strongly preferred.

Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or a minimum of 2+ year of external recruitment experience.

Pay and Benefits:

We offer competitive weekly base pay with a significant commission structure. Annual first year income should range anywhere from 60K-100K+ depending on experience and successful placements made. MVP will provide comprehensive hands-on training and support. 

Hybrid Work Schedule: Work from home is available for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday while we have in-person meetings at the office in East Greenwich, RI on Mondays and Thursdays.
