An incredible regional non-profit healthcare system is seeking an experienced Social Worker (LSW, LCSW, or LICSW) for their award-winning Skilled Nursing Center. This position will focus on the Short-Term Rehab / Sub-Acute Unit and will be a key member of the facilities clinical team. 

The Social Worker will be responsible for case management including but not limited to admission planning, discharge planning, grievance resolution, psychosocial support.

This wonderful non profit organization offers excellent benefits and competitive pay. This community is easily accessible and while the hours for the position are typically 8 hours a day, Monday-Friday, there is some flexibility to accommodate alternate schedules. 

Professional licensure required: Massachusetts LSW, LCSW, or LICSW.
