A premier Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in the Worcester area is currently looking for a dynamic Social Worker to join their incredible team. This position will focus on the social services department duties for the Short-term Rehab resident at this state-of-the-art 120 bed facility. This position will work closely with another Social Worker.

This position requires experience as a Licensed Social Worker in a Long-term Care/Short-term Rehab environment.
