An incredible Non-Profit Senior Living Community located about 25 minutes West of Boston, MA is currently looking to hire a dynamic RN/LPN to be the Assistant Wellness Nurse Manager. This position will assist the Wellness Nurse Manager in the clinical operations of a unique style of enhanced independent living. In total there are under 50 units that are clustered together in 4 separate buildings providing amazing amenities for the residents.

This position will conduct evaluations and help to establish care plans for the residents. It also supports and supervise the Wellness Nurses and Care Partners.

This position offers a great mix of Administrative/Leadership and hands on resident care. It will pay very well and offers an outstanding benefits package.
