Wonderful Executive Director opportunity with a non-profit senior living organization in the greater Springfield, MA area. This very nice Assisted Living community is located on a large campus that provides a full continuum of care (Independent Living, Long-term Care, Short-term Rehab, Home Care & Hospice).

The Executive Director will be responsible for the operations of an Assisted Living community that offers traditional assisted living as well as specialized memory care. In total the community has just under 75 beds.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with 3-5 years of proven experience within an Assisted Living Center.
