ACCOUNTING/TAX PROFESSIONAL

Local accounting/consulting firm serving professional services clients located in central Indiana (and surrounding area), including targeted focus in the dental industry, seeking experienced accounting/tax professional.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze, adjust, and review QuickBooks financial statements for periodic financial reporting and tax return preparation
• Analyze, adjust, and review Bookkeeping financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
• Manage client relationships, lead client meetings, and provide business and tax consulting services (Based on experience)
• Review and sign tax returns (if CPA licensed)
• Develop and train staff

EDUCATION:  Bachelor of Science in Accounting, CPA not required but preferred

EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 5-12 years

JOB TYPE:  Full-time

SALARY RANGE:  $60,000 - $150,000/year

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge of payroll and payroll taxes
• Understanding of business and individual tax
• Adept at multi-tasking
• Works with minimal supervision
• Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize
