We are expanding and looking to add Metal Finisher/Deburrer Techs to our team! This is a first shift job.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area
• Operate various types of tools to clean and deburr finished metal machined parts
• Skillfully performs tasks requiring precision and detail
• Meet quality and schedule requirements as assigned
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of manufacturing principles
• Mechanically inclined
• Knowledge of hand tools
• Understanding of basic shop math and measurements
• Ability to perceive and correct small imperfections in the finished product 
• Previous experience in production and quality control methods (ISO9001, AS9100 etc.) required
• Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation and production systems preferred
• Possess a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job
• Must be able to stand, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds
