Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provide administrative, technical, data modeling and analysis, and analytical support to a variety of compensation programs and tools, including, but not limited to, annual review process, short and long-term incentive plans, and other broad-based compensation programs
- Prepare a variety of compensation analyses, reports, presentations and provide recommendations for compensation programs
- Prepare competitive compensation market analyses, as well as, internal equity analyses, to ensure both competitive and internally fair practices throughout the company
- Advise HR Business Partners and managers in making compensation related recommendations for promotions, transfers, job matches, job leveling, and job families
- Create/maintain job salary ranges and structure
REQUIREMENTS:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.
- Experience consulting on compensation programs, competitive market analysis, pay recommendations and interpretation of compensation policies and programs
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Collaborative team player and ability to liaise with ERC Compensation Consultants and other stakeholders
- Self-starter, resourceful and ability to independently drive initiatives and problem solve
- Proficiency with Workday and ServiceNow
