JOB TITLE: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Our client is looking for a Sr. BSA to support their Guidewire Initiative, specializing in Decision Management. The candidate must have 5+ years’ experience as BSA w/ Property & Casualty Insurance experience (willing to take life insurance experience as an alternate to P&C).  The ideal candidate will have experience with PolicyCenter on Guidewire platform and FICO Decision management platform.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with PolicyCenter on the Guidewire platform  (preferred but optional)
• Experience with FICO Decision management platform (preferred but optional)
• 5+ years professional experience as a business systems analysis
• Experience supporting Property & Casualty Underwriting systems (alternately, we’ll consider experience with Life insurance)
• Experience with Private Passenger Auto, Homeowners  or Business Auto line of businesses
• Proficient in working directly with business users to understand business processes, gather & document requirements, and work closely with the user community to implement system changes that meet business needs.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with remote users via phone, email, Teams, and other virtual collaboration tools.
• Experience interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand data flows and the flow between complex, integrated systems (experience working with third-party vendors is preferred, but optional)
• Experience collaborating with Development & QA teams
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
