Job Description

MW Partners is currently seeking a Financial Support Representative to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

• Client support & partnership
• Day to Day finance support (PRs & Employment Req Review and Approval)
• Month end activities (accruals, cross charges, project tracking)
• Monthly forecast & reporting
• Quarterly reforecasting

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• OPEX, CAPEX and HC management
• Ability to thrive in fast paced/dynamic work environment
• Good communication skills
• Prior experience supporting Product, Engineering/R&D or IT/G&A functions preferred
• Positive "Can Do" attitude
• Able to parse/summarize complex information and connect the dots
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with financial planning tools (e.g. Anaplan), analytics/visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) preferred
