MW Partners is currently seeking a Digital Media Strategist to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Actively support Campaign and Go-to-Market team’s objectives including, but not limited to: direct response campaigns, engagement and traffic for consideration campaigns, and engagement and retention for existing Adobe customers
- Build and develop a deep understanding of the Adobe’s product segments, new initiatives, and their market position
- Help us lead and creatively adapt Adobe’s Programmatic Display targeting into a future state where paid media relies less on 3rd-Party data and cookies
- Actively explore, investigate, and onboard priority and emerging media companies into Adobe’s portfolio of partners
- Receive and interpret briefs; tactically plan, launch and optimize media channels within a media campaign
- Develop and execute detailed testing plans
- Own 1st party audience targeting segmentation and suppression strategy to ensure minimal overlap
- Play a role in Ad Operations, Trafficking Programmatic Display campaigns in our 3rd Party Ad Server to align with our personalization/segmentation strategy
- Manage and partner with our internal Programmatic Trade Desk, working closely with media buyers to plan and optimize ongoing evergreen campaigns and tactics
- Craft meaningful insights for weekly and quarterly reports
- Support quarterly business reviews and campaign wrap-ups
- Regularly contribute to media standards and campaign processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5+ years at a digital media agency or brand including experience in a planning/strategist role
- Strong understanding of optimization levers & testing approaches across media buying platforms vital
- Experience utilizing DMP and audience segmentation tools (Adobe Audience Manager) to prioritize spend against our high priority customers and site visitors
- In-platform buying experience in DSP Platforms and Paid Social platforms a definite plus, but not required (DV360, Trade Desk, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads); Paid Search knowledge helpful, but not essential for this role
- Experience and knowledge in how trafficking campaigns in an ad-server (Flashtalking and/or DCM)
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc)
- A passion for everything digital! Takes an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are particularly important in developing partner relationships and maintaining efficient communication across the team
- Phenomenal analysis skills (including quantitative analysis) and confidence in making information-based decisions
