MW Partners is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 

• This role will support the G&A teams and have ownership of financial planning/modeling, forecasting and budget management. 
• Responsibilities include providing continuous insight into the org's expense and headcount position, including trends, variances and risk assessments. 
• As a senior analyst, you will provide business partners with financial guidance and must be able to effectively present financial information/models to leadership in a comprehensible manner in order to aid in decision support. In addition, you will partner with the business and accounting to manage monthly and quarterly close activities.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling with a focus on expense & headcount management
• Self-directed, highly organized, adaptable change agent with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), strong business acumen and comfortable working with and building trusted relationships with all levels of the organization
• Strong Experience with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel user), Anaplan, and Tableau
