MW Partners is currently seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in the aerospace, defence and security markets.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data from ERP systems and external sources.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and report metrics related to overall operations.
• Analyze inventory levels, manufacturer and vendor lead times, product demand, and drive S&OP process through collaboration with multiple company departments and regional teams.
• Work with vendors and manufacturers to identify next generation models and EOL tracking for current generation.
• Track KPIs and report on Supply Chain performance through both verbal and written communication.
• Lead cross functional projects across the business to effectively drive change in service, cost, and inventory.
• Identifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment. Review and reports on project progress with management.
• Works closely with the business unit to understand customer requirements and forecasts. Works closely with manufacturing to ensure alignment to business requirements by setting and maintaining sufficient inventory levels and lead times.
• Actively manage working and non-working inventories in multiple product lines to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets.
• Utilize Supply Chain tools and processes to make data-driven decisions
• Utilize Lean methodologies to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Distribution Management capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Microsoft Excel is a must
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Oracle ERP
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel in analyzing large amounts of data
• Must work well in an fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
• MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook
