MW Partners is currently seeking a Node JS Developer to work for our client who is a global information services organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 7+ years of Java software engineering experience
• experience developing Restful APIs
• Expert knowledge of;
• Test driven development, including code coverage and profiling
• Mocking (JMock or Mockito)
• Design patterns
• Readability, extensibility and testability of code
• Documentation
• Web application security
• Performance testing and tuning
• Developed solutions using Spring, NoSQL, continuous integration, and automated testing
• Experience in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean or XP
• A propensity to create tools to automate repetitive tasks
• A deep-seated desire to learn new skills
• Mentored other java developers
• Experience writing cloud deployed applications using Amazon Web Services
• Worked on messaging/queuing systems, streams and microservices
• Used Spring Boot or DropWizard
• Experience with Groovy and other scripting languages
• Familiarity with Linux and other open source technologies
• Your own Github repository
