Job Description

We are looking for outgoing individuals that are results-driven, comfortable working with people and coachable to join our team as a Benefits Specialist.  As a Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and answering their questions.  Representatives will meet face to face virtually with customers to assess their needs and develop personalized benefit plans to meet those needs.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver face-to-face virtual presentations to customers on their product options based on their needs and qualifications
• Proactively identify up-sell opportunities and make recommendations based on information from clients
• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of the products offered to provide current and potential customers with detailed information and answer questions regarding our products
•  Build strong customer relationships
