Job Description

MW Partners is currently seeking a Customer Order Analyst  to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Process customer orders in multiple systems for provisioning and tracking
• Expedite and escalate orders or issues when necessary to insure timely delivery of services
• Tracking of orders through the process flow to ensure accurate and on time delivery of all customer related orders
• Interact with internal and external customers when required to facilitate faster delivery of customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• AA/AS - with a 1 - 3 years’ Software industry experience preferred
• Candidate must be able to multitask, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be professional and have a positive attitude.
• Must be detail oriented and well organized with the ability to work under pressure.
• Need to possess strong problem solving skills and flexibility.
• Need to have an even temperament, with excellent work ethic and commitment.
