Job Description

 JOB SUMMARY:

Working Days/Hours: 8am – 4:30pm – More than likely will work Onsite 3 days a week and work REMOTE for 2. Training will be for no more than 2 weeks onsite/5 days a week. Must be flexible as this will change. If COVID requirements are lifted, will work 5 days a week Onsite.

Candidate must have Computer, Internet and phone to work REMOTE.

COVID Protocol- Masks Required. PPE Provided if Needed.

Daily Screens - Temperature (traveled? Symptomatic?). Hand Sanitizer. Practice Social Distancing

**MUST HAVE WORKDAY EXPERIENCE, STRONG SKILLS IN MS EXCEL AND POWERPOINT.

This Department oversees complete/all new hire onboarding from cradle to grave for their full positions at the hospital once the offer is received.

VERY HIGH VOLUME AND WORKS AT A VERY FAST PACE.

This is a hybrid role and the work from time to time can be monotonous and currently is very clerical/administrative.

Candidate must have 1-2 years of HR experience.

Healthcare experience is a PLUS.

TASKS CAN INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Uploading licenses into the system for physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Badging

• Other special projects and tasks that pertain to onboarding that do not require special access to systems

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of HR experience, an AA or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
