    Job Description

    DUTIES:

    As a Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in helping Talent Acquisition, business and Human Resource leaders make informed decisions and drive results to positively impact the lives of patients and their families by:

    • Listening to and interpreting the needs of Talent Acquisition, business, and Human Resource leaders to create insightful, accurate reports and dashboards

    • Working with leaders to help them better understand what they are seeking and what the data illustrates while highlighting any concerns that you identify

    • Creating visualizations and use data to tell stories about our processes, challenges, teams, and environments using data from our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and Excel

    • Building dashboards and reports that can potentially scale to support global users at varying levels of our organization with a business need, system capability, and process sustainability in mind

    • Understanding connections across data sets and projects, identifying similar challenges, priorities, and potential root causes

    • Respond to ad-hoc, urgent, and special requests for data from a variety of teams within the company

    • Work to identify and resolve issues and shortcomings within reports and systems by working with the TA and HRIS teams

    HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME (ALL PERCENTAGES ARE APPROXIMATIONS AND MAY VARY)

    • 25%- Working within other systems (primarily Workday) to run basic reports to then export into Excel

    • 40%- Working with data from other systems (primarily Workday) to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using pivot charts, pivot tables, slicers, timelines, filters, and data models

    • 20%- Working with others to understand needs, seek information, refine outputs from prior requests

    • 10%- Attending meetings

    • 5%- Other duties as assigned

    SKILLS

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • Demonstrated experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or a Human Resource Information/Human Capital Management System (HRIS/HCM) running basically to intermediate level reports

    • Strong excel skills to include intermediate to advanced level skills with pivot charts, pivot tables, slicers, timelines, data models, etc.

    • The ability to articulate and assess analytical needs in ambiguous situations

    • Proven successful project management skills

    • Demonstrated capability to deliver analytics that empowers leaders to make timely, informed, and future-focused business decisions

    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • Prior experience with Workday ATS

    • Prior experience working within a similar-sized, global organization

    Education/Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 3 years’ experience working with data and analytics in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Department
