• Incoming call center experience- prioritization is key.
• High attention to detail- problem solving skills.
• Interfacing directly with customers/ customer inquiries.
• Ability to navigate and learn new systems with ease.
• Salesforce and JDE highly preferred.
• Candidate should be local and prepared to come on site as needed.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS INCLUDING WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT; ERP SYSTEMS (E.G JDE), WITH ABILITY TO NAVIGATE VENDOR PORTALS.
• ABLE TO READ, WRITE, COMPREHEND, AND SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Proven experience in performing mathematical analysis.
• Exposure to multi-functional teams and projects

EDUCATION:

• Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree highly preferred, minimum H.S. Diploma or equivalent 6-8 years experience in customer relations related experience
