Job Description

MWEST HOLDINGS is looking for an ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST to join our team! The Asset Management Analyst will provides financial, compliance, and administrative support to the Asset Management team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares models, spreadsheets, and other management reports
• Performs monthly financial variance review of all income statements and provides monthly comments to property management team with goal of maximizing asset performance
• CAM reconciliations
• Prepares quarterly cash management analysis to ensure sufficient cash reserves for operations and capital improvements.
• Review of monthly asset property reporting packages from management companies
• Coordinates annual budget calendar and budget season
• Helps oversee out of state assets including Cap Ex projects and leasing
• Assists in lender correspondence and JV partner correspondence
• Assist and coordinate tax appeal process
• Coordinate asset dispositions
• Insurance administration process and point of contact on any insurance claims
• Oversees annual insurance renewal and compliance process
• LRO Yardi analysis and administration
• Building financial spreadsheet models
• Assists with creating, coordinating and reviewing quarterly investor reporting

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's Degree required with emphasis in real estate, finance or business administration
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (emphasis in Excel)
