Job Description

We are seeking a talented Corporate Recruiter to work directly with our business units and partner with leadership to help grow MX. You will apply your creativity and natural people skills in attracting best of class team members to build MX. You will be able to work with all types of roles; from account executives, business development, client success, designers, and engineers who resonate with the MX mission, mindset and disposition.

YOU WILL GET TO...

· Collaborate with leadership and team leads in establishing strategies for attracting the talent required for MX to execute on its ambitious mission

· Implement key initiatives in recruiting key disciplines throughout the organization

· Collaborate with Talent and Hiring managers in improving and streamlining the staffing lifecycle

· Engage in community and industry networking events within the FinTech and startup world

· Leverage key metrics in analyzing and refining staffing projections and results

· Partner with PeopleOps and hiring managers to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding

· Ensure an amazing candidate experience through high-touch, personalized outreach and engagement

YOU WILL DO IT USING YOUR...

· 4-8 years of related recruiting experience, preferably within a tech company in the Silicon Slopes region

· Strong understanding of positions, compensation structures, accelerators, techniques, local market, and methodologies preferably in the enterprise SaaS space

· Strong understanding of direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques

· Embrace and articulate the MX story, vision, and culture

· Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional candidates with staying power

· Blend of aptitude, personality, communication skills, organizational skills and follow through

· Comprehensive expertise in the full spectrum of talent acquisition and retention

· Desire for constant self-improvement

· Ability and desire to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast paced, often ambiguous, high-stakes environment

· Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Ability to follow-up and follow-through with an engaging, personal touch
