Job Description
MX is looking for a Sr. Compensation and Benefits Architect to ad to the team. You will be the mastermind behind all things compensation at MX, and work with management in compensation planning, the development of variable compensation plans company wide, supporting the company’s Compensation Committee and ensuring team members are appropriately incentivised and rewarded for their contributions to MX.

Prepare and present market research and internal analysis critical to the compensation planning and rewards for MX team members
Collaborate with management in determining appropriate incentives and rewards for positions and specific team members across the organization
Build, maintain and ensure appropriate processing of company wide variable compensation
Ensure variable compensation supports, incentivizes and drives results for key company metrics and objectives
Maintain necessary documentation related to team member compensation
YOU’LL DO IT BY USING YOUR...
Bachelor's degree or similar in finance, organizational behavior or human resources management
Hands-on experience and expertise in compensation planning and rewards programs design, including the ability to determine how different teams and individuals are motivated
Ability to distill complex information into easily consumable reports, statements and communications that provides insights, enabling quick decision making
Expertise in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, experience using of BI solutions a plus
Bias towards process and reporting automation
Ability to own this critical function, with the hunger to continually iterate and improve as we scale the company
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables
Strong business analysis acumen and a deep understanding of business operations
