    REQUIREMENTS

    GENERAL MANAGER: This is where you come in.

    Were looking for a General Manager who will lead our business in Oregon and Southwest Washington. This person is the glue that binds Sales and Operations teams together, leveraging our competitive advantage of delivering a more complete answer to our customers building systems needs. In return for hard work and achieving aggressive goals, youll get rewarded with more to own, a ton of growth opportunities, and more freedom than youve probably ever had. This person lead and grow the continued success of MMFS' Oregon/Southern WA business operations, and will be responsible for key performance indicators that measure and evaluate the success ofa ctivities and business drivers across each Oregon MMFS Business Units in conjuction with business unit leaders (New Construction, Service, SSP, CSP, BPG).

    The General Manager role reports to Kevin Wilder / Director of Service Special Projects and Oregon Services, on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interact with all levels and functions across the organization..
