As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to develop models and algorithms that enhance user experiences and optimize business operations.
Job Overview
As a Machine Learning Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and deploying machine learning models, handling large datasets, and collaborating with data engineers and product teams to build intelligent features. Your work will directly impact platform optimization, user engagement, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for recommendation systems, user behavior analysis, and optimization algorithms.
- Data Processing & Feature Engineering: Process large datasets, perform feature engineering, and prepare high-quality training data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate models into production systems.
- Algorithm Optimization: Implement, test, and refine machine learning algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Track model performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability and reliability.
- Research & Development: Stay informed on the latest advancements in machine learning and apply innovative techniques to solve complex challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in machine learning, data science, or related fields, with hands-on experience developing and deploying models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java , with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Data Handling: Strong background in data manipulation, preprocessing, and feature engineering , with experience working with large datasets.
- Machine Learning Algorithms: Expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and optimization algorithms.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and familiarity with cloud-based machine learning tools.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with engineering and product teams, explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to business decision-making.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Degree: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Deep Learning: Experience with CNNs, RNNs, GANs, or Transformer models.
- Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
- MLOps: Experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
- Security & Privacy: Understanding of data security and privacy best practices in machine learning.
