Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $19/hour (Weekly Pay)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery in a safe and productive manner while ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Monitor machinery during operation to ensure optimal performance and address any issues that arise.
• Follow production schedules closely to meet or exceed daily targets.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of machine performance and production output.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify improvements in production processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
