    Pay: $21.03 per hour

    We are hiring a Machine Assistant for our 3rd shift manufacturing team in Springfield, MO. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. You'll assist with machine operation, support production goals, and help ensure quality products are delivered safely and efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation
    • Support production by monitoring quality and ensuring products meet specifications
    • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting using hand tools
    • Record production data, downtime, and maintenance information accurately using computer systems
    • Follow established manufacturing processes and work instructions
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
    • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times

    Qualifications

    • 2–3 years of stable manufacturing experience preferred
    • Strong attendance and reliability are required
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production processes
    • Basic computer skills for production documentation
    • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic manufacturing math
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
    • Stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
    • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment that may be hot and humid
    • Ability to work overtime as needed, including up to 12-hour shifts and occasional weekends

    Schedule

    • Overtime may be required before or after scheduled shifts
