Run winding equipment and complete material changeovers according to job specifications.
Collect, verify, and log production and quality-related information with attention to accuracy.
Prepare and secure completed goods for shipment following job instructions, using appropriate transport tools such as powered or manual handling devices.
Support the team lead during equipment startups, setting changes, and job transitions, including accessing elevated areas to make mechanical adjustments.
Work collaboratively with other team members by assisting with measurements, changeovers, and packing tasks.
Stage packaging materials ahead of time to ensure smooth handoff to the next shift.
Maintain clean and orderly workspaces across production, storage, and common areas.
Demonstrate full understanding of safety controls, emergency shutdown systems, and required protective measures.
Comply with and actively uphold food safety and hazard control standards.
Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
