As our fabrication shop continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our team.

    Position Summary

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to develop technical skills, and is eager to be part of a team that fabricates components used on major mechanical projects. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and assist with setup of fabrication machinery, including shears, brakes, and plasma tables
    • Measure, cut, and form sheet metal according to shop drawings and specifications
    • Read and interpret basic blueprints or drawings
    • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of fabricated parts
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    • Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed

    Qualifications

    • Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
    • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
    • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
    • Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate
