Flowly Solutions is seeking an experienced production machine operator for our manufacturing team. This is a full time position with plenty of room to grow in the business.

The ideal employee will have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment. We are willing and able to train the right candidate to perform the job and work with our specific machinery. This is a fast paced job and will require you to complete projects with strict deadlines.

Job Duties:

• Safely and effectively operating company specific machinery to manufacture custom products
• Reading and interpreting detailed written instructions and schematics
• Performing quality inspections on your work to avoid defective items
• Collecting the materials needed to complete each project
• Completing basic calibrations and editing of your machine
• Boxing completed products and preparing outgoing orders
• Using hand, power and measuring tools
• Communicating with your manager about any issues that arise with your work
• Learning to operate a wide variety of machines

Job Qualifications:

• It is much preferred that you have prior experience working in manufacturing
• A strong attention to quality and details
• Maintaining reliable transportation to and from work
• Lifting 50 pounds and remaining on your feet for the entire shift
• The ability to read written instructions
• No formal education is required

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Full time, 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Occasional overtime
