Position Overview
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Machine Operators / General Production Associates to support manufacturing operations in Gainesville, GA. This position involves assisting with production processes, operating machinery, and performing general production line tasks to ensure quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Perform general production line duties including assembly, packaging, and material handling
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist team members and supervisors with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work any assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
