What You'll Do

• Set up and operate wire coiling and stamping machines
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Use gauges, calipers, and measuring tools to inspect parts
• Follow established manufacturing procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area
• Support production needs and assist with additional tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and retain information
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands for machine operation and inspections
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
