The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production while adhering to all safety and quality standards. Closets by Design a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, is currently seeking several enthusiastic and motivated individuals to immediately fill the position(s) of Manufacturing Associate.

Job Responsibilities

We will train to produce quality custom closets, garages and home organizing systems.

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.

Understanding company product lines, machinery and assembly standards.

Follow quality and safety standards.

Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.

Understand daily cut lists.

Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Personal Requirements

Will train to use woodworking equipment and hand tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Honest and reliable

Able to stand 8 hours

Able to lift 45 lbs

$15.00 to $16.00 an hour with an addition $6.50 an hour (incentive program after training).
