Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and adjust production machines to ensure optimal performance.

Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshooting on machinery.

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and compliance are met.

Complete production and operational documentation accurately; this may initially be done manually (paper-based) until systems are fully implemented.

Support daily production coordination and assist with supervising operations as needed.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturing procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.

Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
