We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to operate production equipment during our afternoon and evening operations. In this role, you will help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while supporting a smooth workflow throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production output to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running effectively.
• Record production data, completed work, and any equipment issues accurately.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational policies at all times.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to support production goals and resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and changeover activities as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, reduce waste, and maintain a clean work area.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements with attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production targets.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for the PM shift.
