Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor food processing machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality. • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to prevent disruptions. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues swiftly. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for all. • Record and report production data accurately, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts. • Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for different production runs, ensuring efficiency. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to align on daily production goals and priorities. Qualifications: • Experience in operating and maintaining food processing machinery. • Ability to conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance. • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members to resolve operational issues. • Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace. • Proficiency in recording and reporting production data accurately. • Skill in setting up and calibrating machinery for various production runs. • Excellent communication skills to align with supervisors and team members on production goals. Compensation: $18.80 / Hour after 90 days plus $2.00 / Hour Shift Differential
