About the Role:

Brogan & Patrick Manufacturing in Elkhorn, WI is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join their production team. Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output goals

Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances

Conduct basic machine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or production schedules

Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly

Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow

Requirements:

Prior experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production environment preferred

Ability to read basic blueprints, work orders, or technical documents

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
