    Job Overview

    We are hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This hands-on position involves operating and supporting die casting machinery , performing basic machine maintenance, and ensuring quality production in a safe, team-oriented environment.

    Shift Schedule

    1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

    2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

    3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

    Note: Mandatory overtime may be required. The facility is currently operating 7 days per week , offering consistent hours and additional earning potential.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor die cast manufacturing equipment
    • Load aluminum ingots into production machines
    • Perform basic machine maintenance, including lubrication, oiling, and cleaning
    • Remove metal shavings using compressed air tools
    • Conduct visual quality inspections of finished parts
    • Perform minor finishing work, including filing and deburring
    • Remove scrap material and maintain a clean, organized work area
    • Transport finished products to staging areas
    • Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed
    • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
    • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting
    • Comfortable working in a warm, noisy industrial environment
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
    • Excellent attendance and reliability

    Preferred :

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Mechanical aptitude or experience operating industrial machinery
    • Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team
