    Position Overview

    We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Calera, AL. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe, efficient, and fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
    • Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
    • Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines
    • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
    • Complete production reports and maintain accurate documentation
    • Assist with machine changeovers and production line setups
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
    • Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies
    • Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and production delays to supervisors
    • Meet daily production and efficiency goals

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, or in an industrial environment preferred
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
    • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
    • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
    • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
    • Comfortable working around moving production equipment and machinery
